SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipping Method:

We ship all domestic and international orders via DHL.  You will be updated with delivery and tracking details which you can check at www.dhl.com

All DHL shipments require a signature on delivery, however, you will receive shipping notifications from DHL whereby you may request to redirect the order and/or waive the signature on delivery requirement.

 

  • Shipping Rates and Transit time:

We offer flat rate shipping costs on domestic and international orders:

DHL Express Courier Domestic Flat Rate $25.00 (AUD) 1 - 3 business days

DHL Express Courier International Flat Rate $50.00 (AUD) 2 - 10 business days

Shipping times are a guide only and may vary due to holidays and busy periods.  Delivery delays may be incurred due to your country's Customs procedures and protocols. We make every effort to ensure that item description and all relevant Customs information is indicated on the commercial invoice.  CRESSIDA THE LABEL is not liable for these delays.

IMPORTANT:

If your shipping destination is located inside a DHL delivery zone, DHL will make two delivery attempts.  If no signature is obtained or your delivery address is located outside of a DHL delivery zone, your order will be directed to a local collection point. You will be notified by DHL to collect your order within a set time frame. All CRESSIDA THE LABEL products are non-refundable and will NOT be refunded if your order is returned to us due to failure to collect. In this instance, you may arrange for the item to be re-sent to your nominated address at your own cost.

 

  • Shipping Destinations:

We ship Australia wide and internationally to 27 countries.  Please refer to the drop-down menus located at the top and bottom of our home page to see if we ship to your country and to convert to your country's currency.  

In some cases, DHL use a third-party delivery service to carry out the final stages of delivery if the client is in an area not serviced by a DHL courier.  This does not affect the liabilities or insurances included with the shipment.

 

  • Insurance during transit:

Your order is partially insured during transit up until the status of your order is 'delivered '. As mentioned above, all orders require a signature on delivery.  

Once your order has been delivered, the item is no longer insured by DHL or CRESSIDA THE LABEL.  

If your purchase is over $5000, we recommend purchasing insurance on your jewellery through an independent company once you have received your order.

 

  • Duties and Taxes:

Taxes (where applicable) are included in product prices. 

However, additional Import duties and taxes may be relevant to international shipments outside of Australia.  Once your order arrives to your destination county, you will be liable for all custom fees that may be incurred to release the parcel.

CRESSIDA THE LABEL will not process a refund if you refuse to pay the relevant duties/fees for your order.

If your parcel is returned to us as a result of unpaid duties/fees, payment for the redelivery of the item is at the customers' discretion.
