SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via Australia Post. All orders require a signature on delivery, and you will be updated with delivery and tracking details which you can check at www.auspost.com.au
- Shipping Rates and Transit time:
We offer two flat rate shipping options on all domestic orders. Postage costs include insurance:
Australia Post, Standard shipping: $18.00 (3 - 5 business days)
Australia Post, Express shipping: $25.00 (1 - 3 business days)
Shipping times are a guide only and may vary due to holidays and busy periods.
IMPORTANT:
If you are unable to sign for your order, your package will be redirected to your local post office. If your order is not collected from your local post office within 10 business days, it will be returned to Cressida The Label.
All CRESSIDA THE LABEL products are non-refundable and will NOT be refunded if your order is returned to us due to failure to collect. In this instance, you may arrange for the item to be re-sent to your nominated address at your own cost.
In the event that your order is returned to us due to incorrect/invalid delivery address, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Your order will not be refunded due to delivery failure.
- Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship Australia wide.
International orders may be processed by request only. Please refer to the drop-down menu located at the top and bottom of our home page to convert to your country's currency. For all international order enquiries, please contact us directly.
- Insurance during transit:
Your order is partially insured during transit up until the status of your order is 'delivered '. As mentioned above, all orders require a signature on delivery.
Once your order has been delivered, the item is no longer insured by CRESSIDA THE LABEL.
If your purchase is over $5000, we recommend purchasing insurance on your jewellery through an independent company once you have received your order.
