• How long will it take to make my order?

Each piece is made to order.  Production time is approx. 20-25 business days.  

PLEASE NOTE: Production time does not include transit time.

 

• How is my ring packaged?

Each ring is arranged in a CRESSIDA THE LABEL single slot luxury velvet ring box (colour and shape chosen at random) and placed in signature CRESSIDA THE LABEL packaging.  Your order will ship in a standard mailer box.

 

• Do you recommend purchasing insurance on my order?

Once you have received your order, we recommend purchasing insurance through an independent company for items over $5000.

 

• Are your diamonds certified?

All ‘Cressida The Label’ diamonds are sourced ethically and come with certification. Orders that include stones weighing 0.30 carats or more will be accompanied by a diamond certificate.  Melee diamonds and small accent stones do not come with diamond certification.
